Cause I'm feeling chatty tonight, let me tell you about something I noticed today. We went to the local mall today for a bit of shopping and to escape the ridiculous heat - it got to 39.9°C today. While there we had lunch, which can be a drawn out affair with a 4 and nearly 2 year old. Sitting there, I started to notice peoples toes. Just about every single women had sandals, flip flops or other open toed shoes on and I noticed that probably 9 out of 10 women had their toes painted. Then I checked their fingers and noticed that only about 2 out of 10 painted their fingers.
I always have both fingers and toes painted and I wondered why so many women only painted their toes and not their fingers as well? Can anyone tell me? I just don't get why you would put the effort into painting your toes when far less people are going to look at your toes compared to seeing your hands.
Hmmmm. So there you go. I hope you liked that bit of useless chit chat. Yep, that's a minute of your life you wont get back. Shall we get to today's polish?
Lynnderella - Evermore is a clear base with various shaped black glitters. There are hearts, circles, squares of various sizes, hexes and diamonds. There is also a crazy multicoloured microglitter base. At first I thought it was a holographic glitter cause I saw so many colours, but when I looked closely I could see all the little glitters in lots of colours.
I'm wearing one and half coats of Evermore over a single coat of OPI Samoan Sands. Samoan Sands provided just enough to coverage to give me that completely nude look but without my delightful stained yellow nails.
What an interesting polish, I've never seen anything like this one. It certainly has a Halloween vibe to it. I also love that this polish is dedicated to two of Lynnderella's friends: "one lovely and brainy" (whomever that is) "and the other a dear feline who has departed for other realms". It makes me think of my dearly departed felines, Lufee and Yushi.
