Orly Rococo A Go-Go - Holiday Mani

Good evening everyone! How was your weekend? I'm still on holiday in Lille (if this post goes live as scheduled) and I wanted to show you the polish I chose for the trip.

This is 2 coats of Orly Rococo A Go-Go from the Mineral Fx Collection. It's an intensely pigmented dark purple with multi chrome particles that flash gold, orange and pink.I wish it was easier to photograph beauties like this! It looks as good in the shade as it does in direct sunlight.

I received this beauty a while ago in a swap with an Instagram friend, Marcie (@madebymarcie). I can't believe it's taken me this long to try it out!

Ozotic 502 & 530 review!

Hi girls!

I have another Ozotic multichromilicious duo to share with you today and it's the last one involving the Elytra collection: 502 & 530!

Ozotic 502 (shimmer) and 530 (glitter) are strong color shifting polishes : deep magenta base radiating a bold gold and green multichrome. I really love how saturated they are! Formula was perfect on both and I only used one coat of each above black in the swatches below. Crazy multichromilicious I tell you!

What did I say? Aren't they just perfect? And so different from the usual blue-green-purple multichromes! LOVE ♥♥♥

OZOTIC 504 & 529 REVIEW!

Are you ready for some more crazy multichromes?

I loved digging through my stash for Ozotic 505/528 last week and today I have another duo : 504 and 529!

Ozotic 504 (shimmer) and 529 (glitter) are two stunning multichromes : midnight blue base with a strong color shifting effect, from navy to royal purple and gold/orange. Both unbelievably intense and super vampy. Formula was flawless and all I had to use was a single self-leveling coat above black in the swatches below, full intensity in just one coat!

Under regular lighting conditions, you can see the beautiful purple peeking around the edges of your nails :

And then, 504 becomes even more complex and intense somehow :

Ozotic 505 & 528 review!

In the world of effect nail polishes, there is the Ozotic 500 series : an array of holographics and multichromes in almost every possible combination!

Today I have two of this discontinued and soon to be hard to find collection, 505 and 528

Ozotic 505 (shimmer) and 528 (glitter) are both incredible multichromes : emerald green base combined with a strong color shifting effect, from turquoise to navy blue and even royal purple. Eye catching and seriously unbelievable on the nails! Formula was fantastic on both of them. I used a single easy coat above black in the swatches below and that was all it took to reveal their entire complexity.

Under direct lighting Ozotic 505 is mostly emerald but you can still see some multichrome cuteness trying to peek through around the edges :

Does multichrome get any better than this? Well, probably of you decided to wear 528 on top of 505!

Overall :

If you've never tried duochromes or multichromes, you really need to! These are so intense... I didn't take the chance to miss them!

Takko Lacquer Kiss The Sky & Opium Review

Hi girls!

I'm sorry for disappearing on you for a few days, I've had the slowest week ever at work but I was exhausted somehow and couldn't find it in me to stay up late for blogging :(

Well, today I have two Takko Lacquers to show you and let me start by saying that you NEED them!!! Oh and sorry about the picture spamming but I just couldn't narrow them down...

Kiss the Sky is a gorgeous blurple (blue-purple) jelly with the most amazing pink/orange/green multichrome shimmer. I've been dying to get my hands on it ever since it was first released but every time I checked it was sold out. Now that I've tried it, it does NOT disappoint! This is just two coats plus topcoat on its own, if you're looking for a deeper multichrome shimmer, you can apply a third coat.

Opium is deep warm based brown vampy with an orange/gold/green multichrome shimmer. This one's another absolute stunner! It reminds me of the highly coveted Versace V2077-W so if you're looking for a (way) cheaper but most importantly much easier to find alternative, make sure to grab Opium. Formula was a bit more opaque and I managed to achieve complete coverage and intensity with two coats.

Overall :

I think it's pretty safe to say that these are both must-haves! I am seriously blown away, wearing them instantly reminds me why I fell in love with nail polish in the first place ♥

Between a Beetle and a Space Cadet

I always love finding and trying out polish brands which I've never heard of before. Today I have a polish from a brand called Seventeen to show you. Some of you may have heard of it before but the first time I came across it was when I was on holiday in Greece, where I bought a couple of bottles.
I went on their website and they also do make-up, skincare and fragrances. They seem to sell in Greece, Romania and Russia but their products are probably available in other countries too.

This shade is from their Super Shine collection. I has no name but is number 539. It obviously reminds me of Hard Candy Beetle, Orly Space Cadet, Accessorize Aztec and all those sort of colour shifting multichromes which show purple, green, indigo and gold. It looks so much more interesting in the bottle though!

Look how amazing it looks in water! Pretty much true to bottle colour!

Enchanted Polish Big City Lights!

I think I've made it pretty clear in the past how much I love duochromes and multichromes. If you're anything like me, Enchanted Polish is the brand you need to look into and the Big City Lights is the collection you need for a dose of massive multichromilicious glitterness!

Bonjour Paris, Ciao Milano, Ola Rio and Hello New York all applied evenly and I only needed one coat over black for these swatches. Their clear base allow many layering possibilities but black really makes the color shifting effect to pop and wow they really do pop!
