A few weeks ago, I received a lovely email from a fellow nail polish lover and frankener Anna who had just started selling color shifting pigments on eBay. Anna offered to send me samples to show you girls and of course you all know how much I love to play with pigments!
I received them in small ziploc bags. They all contained 1g of powder and I used around 1/3 of that in regular size clear nail polish bottles (15ml / 0.5oz).
2 coats over black in all of these swatches, no topcoat.

Stay tuned for the part 2 of the review with 5 other color shifting topcoats.
These pigments can be purchased from Anna's eBay store AnnasArtAsylum (worldwide shipping). Anna has several listings up : choose 1, 2, 3 or 5 pigments.
